In Pennsylvania, voters can "vote no" on judges through the non-partisan retention election process. In 2025, three Democratic Supreme Court Justices are up for retention: Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht.

Superior Court Judge Alice Beck Dubow and Commonwealth Court Judge Michael Wojcik are also up for retention.  Check ❌ NO on the ballot to the retention questions this November election.  A "no" vote is a vote to REMOVE a judge from office.
